UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE: ENGLISH TEAMS ON FIRE OR….

It must have come as a shock (a pleasant one I guess) that four English Premier League teams are qualified for the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League.

A shock because for the last decade (which was the last time it happened 2008/09 season) Premier League teams have never been four in number qualifying for the quarter-final round of the Champions League.

Liverpool FC, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham will be representing England in the quarter-finals while FC Barcelona (Spain), Juventus (Italy), FC Porto (Portugal) and Ajax (Netherlands).

Football lovers and fans will definitely believe since the odds of numbers is on the side of Premier League teams then most likely they stand a chance to be crowned winners…or don’t they?

On Friday, March 15, 2019 we will get to know who plays who in the quarter-finals.
